Evolution is Not Chemical Engineering. Nor is it the Expansion or dating the Earth. Plus Prof Mcintosh has embarrassed himself in his statements and had his arse handed to him in aradio debate with Richard Dawkins, and is hardly an unbiased source as he is a self confessed fundamentalist Christian and YEC.

Relevant field, Andy. A Professor in Thermodynamics (essentially a Chemical Engineer) is Not Evolutionary Biology, Geology or Physics (in fact he has no qualifications in any of these). You might as well site a Car-Mechanic or a computer programmer.

interestingly enough, i used to have an ol copy of the monty python and the holy grail pc game thingy, in there there was a game where you could play as the black knight vs arthur. it was rather unfair, but with some persistance, i managed to defeat arthur with only 1 leg remaining, my only attack "bleed". apparently i bled on him to death (this of course resulted in a game over anyway as arthur was the main character lol.)
