its nice to see she got cred for her voice sometimes. I didnt know she was the origin to many songs until recently and oftent they didnt admit that she was the singer. Black Box told her to not ”talk negative about it”. Black Box ”singer” sucks at singback btw. Just look at a live performance. They would have had the exact same success admitting the fact that the singing was hers and also she should have gotten payed from people that ripped her voice during a time musicmaking meant moneymaking

Ironically i lost my best friend to cancer the same day this music festival took place. Thank you Loleatta for kicking you know what and taking names every time you touched a microphone! R.I.P. in heaven!

She has left us with so much great music and wonderful memories. A true vocalist that knew how to "OWN" a song. She is a model for future "great" vocalist to study, respect and cherish.
