Also, this was a clear cut case of assault, a threat of bodily harm against an individual. There is also the issue of threatening to break the camera. Is this guy a member of the governing body? If so there should be a state board of ethics or an ethical body within the governing body itself. Either should suffice for punitive action against him. A resignation is merited at the very least, as well as criminal charges. Scott, let us know what happens with this.

Threat that was made by Coby Lynn was very unprofessional. I can't believe how the NCO could let this behavior go on. Also, to have Chair Kurt Fevella admit that the commissioners is responsible for placing "Conduct of Board Meeting" on the agenda. Later I hear from Brian Mick that NCO has is not responsible, it was the Chairs request.
