Arms crossed, standing in front of the camera. Wow, very offensive. Not.
And what assault? Did the camera catch any assault? Hello, are we watching the same video?? The officer was giving a report to the board and the audience, and as you can clearly hear, he's using a microphone. How is he supposed to hear 2 guys talking, behind the row of board members? Yes, talking, because there was no loud screaming, except the possible sobbing coming Scott as he got an earful from the audience for be
Also, this was a clear cut case of assault, a threat of bodily harm against an individual. There is also the issue of threatening to break the camera. Is this guy a member of the governing body? If so there should be a state board of ethics or an ethical body within the governing body itself. Either should suffice for punitive action against him. A resignation is merited at the very least, as well as criminal charges. Scott, let us know what happens with this.
If an officer witnessed this and failed to act, then he has some explaining to do. I am a state certified peace officer and a state certified instructor. I teach at the police academy. Did the officer do a CYA report (video camera hello). Look at the stance this idiot took while delivering the threat. Did you notice the martial arts Tee shirt? Scott, if you want to pursue criminal charges, go to your magistrate judge. If you want to take civil action, take this video to ANY civil lawyer.
Threat that was made by Coby Lynn was very unprofessional. I can't believe how the NCO could let this behavior go on. Also, to have Chair Kurt Fevella admit that the commissioners is responsible for placing "Conduct of Board Meeting" on the agenda. Later I hear from Brian Mick that NCO has is not responsible, it was the Chairs request.
