VO5/Suave/White Rain- Conditioner Comparison

Smells bomb too but the vo5 volumizing doesn't have a pretty smell like the strengthening or the milk strawberry one or whatever it's called.

I love the way you talk lol. I have been only using conditioner and ayurvedic powders to wash I must say it's working. Vo5 is awesome I get the volumizing and now I'm using the vo5 strengthening with pomegrante & grapeseed extract it's awesome. I even rub a little on my hair when dry daily.

THANK YOU! Finally a video showing how all these work! I use Suave as a combing conditioner regularly. But I have been hearing about the other 2 you mentioned for natural hair but I wondered how they faired. Your video is so so helpful. I got the VO5 today as well as an organic conditioner called Gianvanni that some of the other natural haired women on YT have been talking about. Which V05 do you like the best ? I got the one called V05Moisturizing Champagne Kiss with Silk Protein.

Just started using V05 after using Suave for 2 yrs. It contained fewer ingredients than V05 and would instantly detangle my hair, but started to leave a coating. A few days after using it to co-wash, I'd wet my hair and it would feel like wire. In all fairness, I think it was the types of Suave I was using (Suave Naturals with protein or glycerin coat my hair). The only Suave I use now is cherry blossom since it is glycerin + protein free. With my new V05 vanilla mint , hair is soft, love it!

i wasnt being rough this is just how my detangling wiht my hair texture is so dont criticize what u dont know , as u can see the vo5 part i lost NO hair so thats the point conditioner matters !

I agree with dominoe1305. Seems like she makes a point to be more rough with White Rain and Suave, almost like it's exaggerated. I think she was partial to V05 prior to making this video, so I think there was some bias here. Just my opinion though.

VO5 can be found at Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Eckerd, Dollar Store, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and pretty much any drugstore. Look in the shampoo/conditioner sections. It's usually at the bottom. I guess because most people are into Garnier and Pantene these days and the stores put them where people can readily see them quickly. But V05 is there..look really hard because ever drug store and Dollar type store that I go to has V05. And WalMart ALWAYS has it!

i thought it was just me with white rain it felt like a thick coating was on my hair and i couldnt rinse it off i had to us the vo5 to get it off. i love vo5 i get one everytime i see it cause their hard to find an dont let cvs have a sell. the clarifying on is the bomb its like a real moisturizing shampoo. its good when you have a lot of product in your hair that or water soluble.nice video, too.

Wow I actually like the white rain better for detangling since it is thicker. The best conditioner I love is the trader joes brand and I usually mix mine with honey and oil. Cones aka silicone or dimitheicone are what makes the hair easier to detangle by the way.

Great vid! I've been using the white rain condish because I couldn't find the VO5's that I liked (it seems that Walgreens doesn't carry VO5), anywho, the white rain is actually not bad on my hair and doesn't leave any build up, but I only use it to co-wash and I use a different creamy condish after cowashing.

VO5 is great. I use it for my hair and I have a short, nearly bald style. Great video. I use to use Suave and had flakes every 5 seconds (which is not a good look considering that I have all scalp and no hair...lol)! Thanks for the vid

I love VO5 nothing compares to it for my hair. I use it for washing and I love it for wash and go's because it leaves my curles very define and soft. I tried Suave, but it does nothing for my hair.

I used suave before and thought the same thing, b/c literally I used the whole bottle on my first use, so definitely its a no go for me. So right now, I am using bioinfusion detangling condish, which is $7.00 a pop!

I usually use V05 to rinse out Henna but it wasn't really that moisturizing it may have been the kind I used but I've heard a lot of wonderful things about the Moisture Milks on hair forums so I may give it a try again.
