  • waaaaaasberry XD

  • Looks good tom :)

  • velcro the SSD to the side of the rad, with the power and sata disappearing under the rad, would look sweet!

  • Simple question, every one can answer it, the extenstion cables, where to get them (im dutch). How are they called?

  • you should put the ssd in the roof

  • 2 words to say about that rig f***ing awsome!!!

  • Heh, the beginning sound effect for intro is the same for mine wtf haha

  • Looks great as always Tom, nice work. Don't worry about the breathing I've got asthma to so I know what its like people are just being picky about it. What are the idle/load/room temps of the rig

  • bitfenix shinobi germany edition tim to change case, would match the rig soooo well

  • Very ncie :D

  • did you mention how many volts you're forcing through that 2700k for 5GHz?

that rig looks really really good

the soc is such a great card, but with a blue pcb.. what a shame

also I really don't think that rig's overkill for gaming... gaming is the part where you're going to rage about every single lag you get. so you're better off producing some fps more than you'd actually need ;)

little suggestion: why don't you redo the cutouts on the res? how about in the shape of the oc3d logo? or ʇtl?

  • Haha no pics at the end S:

  • It really looks the dogs danglies Tom. Well done!

  • sick rig my nig.

  • Very nice rig.

  • Tom building a new rig and cannot decide on what 120mm fans to use on my 360mm XSPC EX rad. I am looking for a case fan of 1500rpm-2000 rpm blue led. And there are too many. Do you have any advice on what to use. Thanks bud :)

  • Hate you fucking shit tower Love whats inside though very nice.

  • @SIC66SIC66 Ive got all the cards to choose from dude, I wanted to use the 580 for 3D :)

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms No, you should have said you wanted to test the cooling of the case, that would be the only good excuse ^_^

  • @SIC66SIC66 he only plays racing simulation games, the depth gives so much difference especially coming into a turn.. so yes 3D is a very good excuse of using nvidia's 3d vision.. :D

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms you should use a car radiator mate !! fit it on the side of the case and have a push pull config !!!

  • @SIC66SIC66 dude the gtx 580 is a fuking beast stfu... 7970 isnt shit when u consider what pci-e 3.0 is supposed to offer... 3x the memory bandwidth and other bs... the 580 3gb being pci 2.0 is the fucking truth bro... it easily keeps up with a 7970... nippin at its heals ... and its definitely not a night and day difference... people dont wanna buy a new mobo and cpu just for a small gain... wait till pci-e 3.0 gets in its prime a little..

  • @exodush4x Hahaha you funny little nerd :) You need to get yourself a life, fast!

You can say what you want, but a GTX580 cant keep up with the 7970. Do you not read the reviews? In almost every game it beats the 580.

Pci-e 3? Wft? Like any card uses that much bandwidth.. read a review or something...

Nobody notices the difference with todays cards.. most cards on pci-e 2 8x aren't even that chocked.

So no new mobo needed, stop making stuff up.

  • @SIC66SIC66 little nerd lolol... cause I make a valid point? Its not that much better u nincompoop... im fucking 6,3 195lb and ripped... and sexy as fuck and have a ridiculously sexy gf who is cool as fuck and go to the gym everyday... and have a killer career... what do you do pussy? go flip burgers some more and dream on... and further more u need a new mobo for pci-e 3.0 u nubcake... god dammit u nubs drive me insane. 580 keeps up. its less then 1000 points difference on 3dmark11

  • @exodush4x Oh I didn't even see this unbelievable blatant display of stupidity :D

Well done sir! Very well done, your imaginary girlfriend will be impressed ^_^

And what do you keep saying about a new mobo? Pci-e 3.0 wont let your 7970 run any faster, nobody cares, even pci-e 2 8x almost doesn't hurt it. You dont seem to understand what pci-e 3.0 actually does :/ Its just extra bandwidth we cant use.

No new mobo needed, stop the crying.

  • @SIC66SIC66 ur sucha bitch.. its so funny... if only I could be in front of ur little bitch mouth... so funny its sad.... yeah my imaginary gf.. LOLOL ur fucking fool dude... continue on ur shitty unhealthy life and down some more cream puffs bitch...

  • @exodush4x Oh the nerdrage, I can feel it :) Delicious!

  • @SIC66SIC66 LOLLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLololo u have never felt rage ever....

  • @exodush4x Hmm, I am starting to feel sorry for u know. Bye ^__^

  • @SIC66SIC66 Bitch pls... You need a wake up call... I hear their selling extra large clown shoes at Goodwill... might wanna go check it out!

  • @exodush4x umadbro?

  • @exodush4x You also need a CPU with a PCIe 3.0 Controller. None are out, and you are obviously gullible enough to believe that marketing scheme.

  • @SIC66SIC66 youtube.com/watch?v=sEFfrXJWBRY&feature=youtube_gdata

  • @SIC66SIC66

    He's playing RACING games, dude

  • @SIC66SIC66 "GTX580, really? :/"

    Like you even own a 580 or a 7970.

  • @WeAreTwoDoorsDown HOW do you know that, so why the fuck do you say it? Are you religious too? Idiot..

  • NurburgRig hehehe I love that! :D

  • He explains in the previous clip that he named it Nurburgrig, as it's to be used as his game pc and his preference is for driving games and his fav track is...you guessed it. I think it also mentions the board choice z68 ud7 able to get lower voltage for the 5gig overclock. But another great rig! Think ssd covered in the bottom would look good.

  • And this has what to do with the Nurburgring?

  • What Mobo is that?

    x79 or z68?

  • Stick a blue LED strip on the under side of the radiator. To show its like it's floating.

    Then it's good.

But yeah, better in a 600T White.

  • Looking fine, I think I would prefer that the cutouts at the front had pencil round corners instead of square, no Dvd/Blu-Ray drive ?

  • Looks sick

  • outstanding, great work.

  • one of the main reasons for watching your vids, is the accent, fahh man, i wish i had a british accent AHAHA

  • What kind of fittings do you use?

  • @BrooklynXT1 bitspower

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms I mean the exact specs on those compression fittings that are angled. I would like similar fittings for the look and how they easily move.

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms Really good work! have nothing to complain about :)

  • I love the Pastel blue on the whitee, its so sexy >:D

  • Awesome rig by the way

  • Why 2700k when youre anyway going to overclock it? 2700k = 2600K with another 100 mhz

  • @SuperOddsmurf I'm sure there is more to it than that. Also they are pretty much the same price anyway.

  • @SuperOddsmurf

Intel has binned it higher because they know it can handle it. So you're going to get about an extra 100MHz stable top clockspeed.

  • Just "LOVE IT" and the floating radiator is a killer - how's it done .....go on.

  • amazing that rig !!! but why you didn't use the gigabyte z68 ud5 which is black and blue ?

  • yep i would have have nice tidy awesome build hat's of to ya tom

  • If it's a gaming rig overclocking wouldn't be that important surely? but it is looking rather sexy ;)

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms why didnt you use the spectre pro series, would be better for the radiator :o

  • very nice rig

  • Hi, Great video mate!, have you got any good ideas on how to mount a dual radiator in a coolermaster silecio 550?

  • please add another gtx 580. the 5ghz i7 2700k is crying for more work :D. nothing is overkill!

  • yeah, we're into hearbal teas like REAL nerds..LOL..like you commenting style, keep it up! :)

  • the only reason ive stoped wathcing ur vids is caus their way 2 long...

  • Awesome, No such thing as overkill Tom. ;) The white cables work, the blue ones would have ruined the look because they did not match the colortone of the coolant. Also the blue PCB on the craphics card doesn't bother me. But like you said you can still play around with other cards, but I would leave it. It contrasts against the motherboard quite well because it's a dark blue.

  • Looks good Tom. Could you stick the SSD to the far side of the rad, out of sight altogether. Also, what happened to the pictures at the end of the vid, did I blink and miss them? Keep up the good work.

  • colours in the loop look right here dude but i think i would used black cables as its alot of white when you see it all side on.

  • Everything looks great except for that pastle blue coolant which throws everything off :(

  • I was just about to comment about the blue extension cables, and then...... The white extension cables are the right choice Tom. No doubt about it.

  • Does the white Shinobi have the soft touch surface as well?

  • Hey Tom, great video as always, incredibly jealous of it! Im loving the look, the LED's on the fans fit really well with the stealth look you're going for. Its not an in your face blue, like what other people seem to achieve very well lol.

Im now basing my next build on the Bitfenix Shinobi, I think ill be doing the same 240MM mod to it as well, dependant on space I may put another 120/140MM radiator at the back of the case, (I cant remember what size) lol.

Oh, to you haters. LOOK ON FACEBOOK.

  • nice build no photos thought.

  • love the new intro

  • tom do it like me i sticked my ssd on the side of the 240mm radiator and it looks awesome..

  • I find that what you have done is a lot but, honestly I would have done it if I had the bits you used to do just the same cause I like to build them and tinker with them no matter the use it is going to have in the end. Happy gaming Tom.

  • Where are the pics?

  • Use some blue liquid and use the blue cables = perfect. :)

  • I have to agree, the Corsair 600T White would have been a much better case to use. It's still an amazing build though, it's clean and the colors match. I am looking forward to the video with the finished build + benchies. :)

  • Why are you shaking (the camera)? Gives me a headache watching...

  • @mihapiha1 he is holding it not using the tripod

  • yay I'm not the only one who loves pc hardware and not play PC games!

  • Why the fuck did i have to watch a four minute advert to watch this?

  • @MrAMColes Adblock, bro.

  • @michaelellismitchell I run Adblock.

  • @MrAMColes Only Opera Adblock functions properly. Firefox + Chrome = shit.

  • @BaronKRoolenstein Firefox's is the best, and Chrome's has no problem on youtube.

  • @Roland0314

Disagree, it's become well unstable on my laptop. Proper joke considering they're both Google products. Back to IE9 - not even kidding.

  • @BaronKRoolenstein never had a problem with chrome's app, although i run opera simultaneously chrome outperforms for me.

  • Tom did you add the pictures or did i miss them

  • but dont you think its a bit girly ????

  • Would look better in the white Corsair 600t.

  • @TheUberSubber ...600T ftw :)

  • @TheUberSubber Did you fail to notice the BitFenix logo in the title sequences? It was a sponsored video obviously.

  • @qwertyacme What's your point? It would still look better in the 600t.

  • @TheUberSubber My point is that he probably didn't have a choice. But yeah, it would.

  • strawberry drinking strawberry?

  • i love white this is the best machine ive ever seen in white im very jealous :)

  • Tom I think you have outsone yourself cause that is secy with the white case and white carbon. I love it and the color of the coolant is the coolant you have used is brilliant. It looks very close to carolina blue. I can't wait to see it with the lights off.. Hats off to you brilliant Job

  • haha great name! im a huge sim racer myself, and thats a great name for a rig!!

  • gd job bro looks slick

  • Nice, when you took a break for tea, I decided to make myself some nice hot mug of Apple Cinnammon Cider with a splash of rum.

  • Nice Build! Would the SSD fit on the side of the optical bay drives where you have that alum? If you could put it there, with some white cables connecting it and with the white carbon covering it, I think it would look really nice with a "white stealth" look. Just my 2 cents

  • Niiice!

  • Ahhhh i dont give a fuck about chrome books!!! So sick of that advert.

Nice pc btw :P love it

  • The rig is looking good by the way. Whilst the colour scheme isn't my thing its certainly growing on me. I have a question though. How is the radiator at the front going to work with the carbon cover on the front blocking the vents?

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms i know i keep on bugging you but would love to see a EVGA GTX560 Ti 448 Core Classified review. :) I would have offered to loan you one of mine but when my second one came yesterday i was far too eager to stick it into my machine, But fuck me does it run well in SLI.

  • love it

  • Hmm i think i'd put the ssd behind the mobo tray, i'd use black cables instead and would put the round OC3D logo on the shield that's covering the reservoir. Looks very tidy.

  • No pictures? Anyways looks nice, the only thing I would suggest if I may; rotating cpu block so you could see double hose coming out of it. I think it would look awesome.

  • It's not about how much it costs, it's about what you can do with it ;p - Proven by TTL.

  • Do you ever watch your uploaded videos? because every time you say the colour is incorrect or its too dark, its really not. Just your camera screen tricking you.

  • I think that you can fit in there white fan coolers with black frames :D What you think?

  • Nice work there man...

  • I think mounting the SSD on the piece of alloy covering the 5.25" bays would look amazing. It would totally add to the sharp black/white contrast theme going on

  • you forgot to add the pics at the end.

  • 7:53, came

  • I was going to say you should put the ssd in the back of the motherboard tray to keep that nice clean look you have going but I'm guessing that since we couln't see it anywhere that is what you did anyway. I built a rig very similar to this for a friend but with a Coolermaster 690 II nvidia edition and I modded that in almost the same way to put a 240 rad in the front. The rest of the system was a GA-z68xp-ud3, 2600k, evga 570 HD.

  • Hide the ssd Tom, the coolant looks very nice.

  • love it :-)

  • looks great

  • wasberry lol

  • I would put the SSDs on the other side of the top 5.25" bay to keep the clean look it has now.

  • you could put the ssd on the side of the Radiator and mount it with some heavy duty double sided 3M tape

  • He should put the SSD behind the motherboard tray. Thumbs up so Tom can see this.

  • he likes his hoes O_o.

  • And....where were the pictures at the end? I was looking forward to them...

  • strawbs gets so much shit haha :P

  • strawbs gets so much shit haha :P

  • I'm not entirely sure what case this is, I've forgotten Whether or not the Window goes to the 5.25" bays, cause it would nice and tidy sitting there

  • @crazyredneckwifknife BitFenix Shenobi.

  • it looks awesome and i would go to that much trouble for that rig

  • Looks great.

  • Great looking build as always. Love your attention to detail as always. You mentioned being excited about rFactor2, you need to join the beta and help figure out these nVidia Surround problems! Also, curious if you could give a rough guess of the sound difference between this on H2O and a similar system on air. I know you're all about the quiet...

  • Love the design, i hate blue with a passion, but with the white it looks great :)

  • how much does a rig like that cost?

  • Could your videos be shorter please?

  • @SCrepeault are you serious?

  • @ikoyian Not so much

but the infos could be easily fit in a shorter video that's all =: D

  • Looking lush Ttl! I like how it has all come together..about the mobo choice,I would maybe go with gold, black, white colour scheme? Copper head ram? Black/gold coloured water? (Maybe) I love the idea of the floating rad..PCB of gpu goes well with lighting..was good that you showed what can be done with a cheap case..just need the time now! :D good luck with the remaining things to do!

  • Tom, will you be doing a video review on the corsair 550d case?

  • TTLyou should look at eveonline ? killer game and nice rig for a intel lol :)

  • The MSI lightning extreme edition 3gb GTX 580s are black with white fans and blue lights they would fit this rig so well it would be perfect :D

  • or, you could just buy an xbox... i mean if all your doing is racing games...

  • @AgentHydra Are you serious? -_-

  • I think you should have watercooled the 580 because of how overkill the rest is and I think a blue cathode would look great at the bottom try a 4inch and a 12inch cathode in case one is too bright and the CPU waterblock would be awesome if you got a chrome one or even if you grabbed one of the special edition Gold ones Linus was showing off a while ago

  • No photos at the end?

Also when did Strawbs lose the braces?

  • this takes me back to the tjhorlow days...Q6600 OC'ing...SLI 9800 Ultras...oooh the good ol' days

  • I think it would look better with painted rad and psu...awesome anyway!

  • freaking awesome

  • I think the radiator would look really good in white.

  • Rofl, "she's all bled" doesn't sound that sexy if the subject matter isn't computers.

  • How is the rad going to cool? The front intakes are all covered up.

  • That is AWESOME!!!

  • I think that all white would have worked with a blue mobo but still looks incredible and really like the ghost bitfenix logo

  • How many volts do you run 5Ghz on?

  • I legitimately got a boner while watching this video. I'm not joking, i seriously got a boner. It's weirding me out.

  • I don't like the white wires. I preferred the blue ones. But that's just me.

  • Where does the HD go?

  • Waiting for the photos...

  • Perfect, just perfect.

  • were the fuck are the photos ?

  • this is my porn

  • Looks awsome, definately worth the effort...Starting to think a shenobi would be better than my cm690ii in a couple of years when i can afford a new watercooled build unless of course i win one of the 3 builds you are doing at the moment in which case i doubt i'll be needing to build another. Looks like a great modders case though as i've just watched you build both and i'm very impressed, and i agree, the alluminium makes all the difference, i would agree with putting a piece on the backtray

  • @hails13who Im liking the case too. Since he put that 240 rad in the front like that Im thinking of doing it with my corsair 600t white edition

  • That gfx card really needs a back plate. Annoying me that its angled lol

  • looks very nice and neat

  • hows the rad getting any air? are there holes in the front to allow air through? :S

  • put the ssd on the back of the motherboard tray

  • I would cut off another 5.25 bay that your not using so you can see the top of the rad. it looks wierd not being able to see the top of the rad
