I think she is a good choice for VP she is young and can bring some fresh ideas to the old and pasty government who keeps screwing us. And if mccain dies we have a hot president thats a woman and not a man. If any of you remember the kennedy election letting women vote for the first time they chose the hot guy LOL. This is just another election of name calling its getting old. I could care less who leads us as long as they do a good job.

Obviously you have a problem with pageants I don't like them either. Although it may surprise you to know that pageants give scholarships to women . Also many winners take internships in public offices, I have no idea why Gov. Palin was involved with a pageant nor do I assume to know the reason. A lot of the women involved in state level pageants end up going into journalism, although they are all well educated women who end up with great careers. Can you say that you know the reason?

Being the Gov. of a state means never a day off and its making major decisions everyday. The senate is a job where you can play hooky if you want and they get more time off than kindergarten students. Obama has worked 143 days and wants to be president? So really you have some nerve talking about McCain's VP choice.
Obama spent eight years as a State Senator (representing a district 10 times as large as Wasilla), and four years in the U.S. Senate for a state with 185 electoral votes as opposed to Alaska with 3 electoral votes. He sits on the US Committee on Foreign Relations.
So she doesn't have a lot of experience but she has the right kind and she has done a fantastic job at it so far. 80+% approval rating in Alaska. Scares the hell out of you doesn't it?
Look for the name calling by the dems which is what they do when they can't attack on substance. High School tactics very tiring but may backfire in this case!.
Hmm.... her biggest accomplishment yet is leading a town of 9,000 in a small icebox. Oh, and finishing second in a beauty pagent. I want to see a republican seriously say they wouldn't mind her as leader of the free world if McCain bit it..

Excellent choice! She's smarter than the three males in the race and she injects much needed optimism and a "can do" attitude into the national dialog. All this, along with a tight, beautiful body, even after being the loving mom to five children. It's morning in America...again!!!
Kirsten SHE is not under investigation the firing is under investigation. She wanted her ex-brother-in-law fired because he used a taser on his son and other unnecessary force and she found out about it. The person she asked to do refused and she fired them. Hardly comparable to the things Clinton or Obama have done! She has taken on her own party and cleaned it up as well as the oil companies which is why she has over an 80% approval rating. She is a tough, smart, very cool woman!
