@prutsikas i like doing things the semi hard way. lol i did this with only item magic and limit break. and just squall. ok im not doing the hard way, im just really fucking lazy and wasnt great at the game till i won it. all i did was use aura and renzo her ass off, then megalixir when i got hurt. i dont know if that classifies as badass, pathetic sad, good or what, lol almost beat her with just item the first time but i didnt really think i would get far, turns out i was a couple hits away.

Well, I did like the characters of X myself, but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Even though Tidus could really look damn stupid some of the time... scratch that, MOST of the time. ¬¬

As far as Bahamut goes, I also prefer the classic look, but I like the way he was depicted in X too. It's different, but at least he's still a dragon and not some mothership kind of thing like in XII... I don't know what Square was thinking there really.

@eddiegness in my opinion to your responce towards this person. in my reason is becuz the game has more difficulty and take more skill than the legend of 7, bcuz actually costuming you party to their precise junctions pretty much the junction system makes it more for you to think your battle plans out thru and have you take your time. there is reason why the game has more than 54 hours of game play+

@OyEPhOeNix Hmm. That's interesting. I've always thought that FF8 is much simpler to FF7 because of 3 reasons - 1. Junctioning magic to stats makes your stats skyrocket, enabling you to deal massive damage to your foes. 2. Enemies follow your level, even bosses. Hence carding your foes to keep your level down means that you can be facing bosses with ridiculously low HP. This, compounded with point 1, makes almost all bosses go down to a Renzokuken... cont'd

...cont'd 3. Mashing "triangle" when Squall has low health to get Renzokuken, which means game over. This, along with Zell's "Armaggedon Fist" (Punch Rush + Booya) makes this game really, really simple. Again, this is my opinion only. :) But make no mistake, I enjoyed playing FF8 a lot also. I still think 7 is better though ^_^

Don't get me wrong, FFVII had one of the most awesome and memorable villains, (sephie) and the plot was much better than VIII, but the music, combat system, pace of the story, protagonist, extras, junction customization, world, atmosphere, and fair difficulty of VIII just blew VII away.
