His posture is so bad, he can barely move. Straignten your back and don't extend your stances so far....Better yet, .....never mind, you wouldn't get it.
His posture is not good...leans forward constantly, throwing balance way off. This makes it difficult to move quickly and to throw decent techniques. He looks like he is always ready to fall over....someone forgot to teach him good posture! This is not the way these techniques were intended to look like.
Someone also forgot to teach him how to develop mental intensity. You can tell when someone is actually visualizing the opponent. The Techniques and their nuances almost become completely second nature. This is unsteady and he is conditioning himself to throw his strikes with nothing behind it.
I would add that he might want to learn a more explosive technique, that takes of more quickly. If we train with no emphasis on that sudden movement, we will never develop the ability to strike quickly....He certainly does need to develop a more assertive attitude. I would hope he reads these comments and takes them as positive , constructive criticism.
I practice Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan which has essentially the same hyungs but I have to say that I don't see good control in some of the movements in this form.

@Ronin6575 i think this video is supposed to be instructive not to show off skill.

@Broockle If we instruct and do not demonstrate skill, what then are we teaching?
