  • On the hop work on getting your heel to your butt

  • you need to work on that second phase

  • No cycle on the take off leg. Work on that, get the knee out in front of you to set up to push off for the second phase. Even in training this needs to be emphasized to maintain speed off the board and minimize ground contact
