Looking in my vid editor, Manny is mainly just rolling short punches and movements. Whenever he rolls a full length punch, they fall between 170 to 200 milliseconds. That is reasonable for a fast puncher, but most certainly not "insane". If you want insane, my robot arms can throw a full length punch in less than 100 ms. Manny is an aggressive puncher and counter punches with amazing skill. To counter punch as fast as he does is quite an art.

He had speed, not just in punches but in jabbing aswell. Bruce Lee admired Ali's speed. Pacquiao seems fast here, and he is, but he is not of the same calibre of Ali or Tyson. I performed a karate punch in a video which can be seen in my 'martial art' play list that was 200 ms (milliseconds). Bruce Lees fastest karate punch was 240 ms. Just think how fast my jabb would be. Looking in my vid editor, Manny is mainly just rolling short punches and movements. Whenever he rolls a full length punch, they fall between 170 to 200 milliseconds. That is reasonable for a fast puncher, but most certainly not "insane". If you want insane, my robot arms can throw a full length punch in less than 100 ms. Manny is an aggressive puncher and counter punches with amazing skill. To counter punch as fast as he does is quite an art.
