  • dont they fight with hands

  • i've never seen that fast guy

  • @shaggy0629 All martial arts in my opinion are lethal in their own way. Are we ignorant? Or are you ignorant? You don't sound like someone who has practiced a martial art before. Where's the respect?

  • @falcorules I gave my respects.

Of course they are lethal in their own ways.

I'm referring to how they lack lethalness and effectiveness in MMA competitions.

Obviously, a great practitioner or expert of an individual Martial Art could get a win. However, They generally aren't enough to consistently win fights. Hence, Mixed Martial Arts.

Don't think I'm saying a Martial Art (Like Bagua, TKD, Karate & etc.) can't genuinely defend you in the streets or in a fight.

  • @shaggy0629 I'm with shaggy, i too have practiced martial arts (TKD for flexibility, kick boxing for the skill of punching and kicking and some grappling for strength) if i was ever attacked on the street or in the ring i would never resort to TKD, it has limited use, mostly it good for fighting....well other TKD people. Some of the wrist locks and defensive techniques can be used but mostly punching, kicking and wrestling would be used in a street fight.

  • @shaggy0629 Martial arts would only be beneficial if your assailant knew nothing about fighting. I was a bouncer for 7years at night clubs and pubs, i never saw any martial arts used to subdue violent patrons, some wrestling holds and punches sorted it out tho ;-)

  • actually muay thai boxers in thailand elbow strikes through walls of bricks-.-

  • Pardon a couple of errors below.

Anyway, I also said they are CONSIDERED weak.

A Lot of MMA fighters claim Martial arts like the one listed originally are just not lethal enough to excel with.

I'm not good at explaining these things on YouTube..you're going to have to research yourselves.

    I respect Martial arts.

and I, Myself, Practice several. I'm no Matt Hughes or Anderson Silva or Bruce Lee or Oleg Taktarov or anything, but I have great credentials and I know what i'm talking about.

  • I have a black belt in tae-kwon-do and karate. I'm a NAGA gold medalist (two-time) and I am a deputy black belt in kickboxing.

in Te-Kwon-Do, if you do a basic Roundhouse kick, you would hit the target (Head or Body, Usually.) and put your leg back in place. same thing for a MAJORITY of tae-kwon-do offensive moves.

in MUAY THAI and KICKBOXING, however, you are taught to follow through on punches and kicks.

why do you think when a UFC fighters missed a head kick, he spins all the way around?

  • dancing monkees imo

  • shaggy0629 i you want a real martial art the is very effective try wing chun...

  • lol

  • damn, ppl r flying everywhere

  • is this what a soccer fight is like?

  • epic fail at 0:36

  • very high kicks even betr dan taekwondo

  • 0:9 bruce lee stance lol

  • Lol at these people arguing about which martial arts is the "strongest and weakest". Get a life you idiot(s) aka shaggy0629. When have you really used martial arts? Hell when you get attacked just go for the weak spots (eyes, crotch, throat). When your life is in jeopardy you should do anything you can to survive. So your just wasting your time finding the "strongest" martial arts.

  • @Devilishlybenevolent if you read what I wrote, I didn't argue about which Martial arts is the strongest.

I compete in NAGA (North American Grappling Association) and am a current kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do Practitioner.

i'm far from an idiot. You didn't have to throw a tantrum of vague comments and insults.

  • @shaggy0629

Your right, you didn't argue. You outright said various martial arts are weak, I guess your not an idiot after all (sarcasm).

  • @Devilishlybenevolent I said they are CONSIDERED weak.

you know, as in people (MMA practitioners, mainly) call them weak because...

I have nothing but respect for Martial Arts.

  • ey sharing fantasies

  • i think that Ehsan Shafiq should fight the top fighters of the world now to show all these haters how good he really is against equally good or better martial artists or fighters

  • @snakedoctor262 right!, i've seen a few videos of Ehsan and only fight against freshman contenders, in fact, in this video fight against a white belt (is that right'), i'm sure there are too many taekwondo fighters with better level...

  • @jlgb1622 I think that the belts in this video are for distinguishing the fighters..they are not about graduation.Wen in competition the fighters must have either different belts..different kimonos..different protections..whatever..

  • press 9 for slowmotion epicness

  • hihi and get hot with me

  • Don't get me wrong though, I have practiced Tae-Kwon-Do, and I Compete in NAGA. I know someone with good Martial Arts training is capable of beating an MMA fighter.

as for people who insult Martial Arts, you're funny.

it's the internet bums who Insult Martial Arts, Yet It's the Professional Fighters who Respect it.

Although You most Likely shouldn't use Martial arts in fighting (consistantly) It can definitely serve as self defense, which is why it should be taught to you.

  • There's a reason Martial Arts, Like Kung Fu, BaGua, Karate, Tae-Kwon-Do and Other Martial arts are considered weak.

Most of them, Unlike Muay Thai and overall MMA, teach you to stop at the limb when you hit, and focus the power on the the initial hit.

Basically, if you you get angry, and punch a wall, you would hit the wall with all your might, but stop at the wall, as opposed to Getting closer and following through, usually causing more damage.

  • @shaggy0629 Why don't you have over 9000 likes? Finally an intelligent person, I studied Taekwondo, and the only kick I know to follow through is a basic side kick. If you follow through on the other high flying kicks, you will fall.

  • @shaggy0629 How do you penetrate a girl.. how is the power used :)

  • @shaggy0629 You obviously know nothing. If you anything about Physics, you would know that a longer impact time results in less impulse force, meaning the hit would do less damage. There is a reason why they stop at the wall, to do more damage!

  • @shaggy0629 they don't know how efective they are, maybe because they saw bad practitioners but really all of them are effective.

  • @shaggy0629 MMA Mix Martial Arts.... Meaning ALL MARTIAL ARTS

  • @ThAcitystarr Precisely... =)

  • @shaggy0629 Incorrect. If that were the case, we wouldn't see board or brick breaking demonstrations from martial artists who train in those styles.

  • @shaggy0629 You saying that ''Martial Arts, Like Kung Fu, BaGua, Karate, Tae-Kwon-Do and Other Martial arts are considered weak.'' means you're calling MMA weak. You're crazy if you consider Shaolin Monks weak.

  • @falcorules Have you ever even PRACTICED a martial art before?

Many of you are obviously ignorant.

you do realize, the most effective and practiced fighting styles/forms used in UFC and other real competitive Mixed Martial Arts competitions are styles like:

Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Although other Martial arts are OBVIOUSLY used, they simply aren't as lethal as the ones that embrace the idea of following through with strikes.

  • @shaggy0629 unless you're a Shaolin Monk. Then you punch through the wall. ;]

  • its like the guy shit himself. lol

  • @TheMartialartsJedi Meaning comment!

  • Boring , his kicks doesn't seems to have any power.

  • @AryaInk Boring?

Friggin internet black belts...of course his kicks have power. He'd knock your teeth in without you knowing what hit you.

  • @Jaska124 Like he did to you? You guys must be too weak to get your teeth knocked out by this lame.

Look at the person he is fighting, haha and he couldn't even knock him out with his fancy kicks.

Send him to mma or muai thai , he won't last a single round.

  • @AryaInk Currently he'd probably be too old for that stuff.

When he was younger, he fared just fine in those cirumstances.

You should see how he's trained himself, that shit is way crazier than mma or thaiboxing.

Underestimating anyone just because they take lesser risk is naive.

  • @Jaska124 I don't care about how much you know about his history. And I don't care about his history either. I commented on what I saw in this video. And I am not changing my view on it because of some shit from you.

You are naive if you think this is a real thing. you must go and watch some mma, man.

And about age, I think he looks young in this video. So that argument is void now.

  • ehm Do you want to see how far I'll go for you? nothing is too crazy

  • @TheMartialartsJedi I have seen Wing chun alot too, still kyokushin karate or taekwondo owns. Thats just my point of view. And you probably, are just arguing cause youre Chinese.

  • ...nothing absolutely nothing about this fight is kung fu....He is wearing a fucking gi

  • so many slow mo replays, you really love yourself huh?lol

  • This is kung fu.

  • @chibraxial For everyone saying this is Kung fu, its not. Its Taekwondo. South Korean martial arts.

  • @workingforworldpeace

Sorry, taekwondo, like almost every other korean "historical" feature, is a dumbed down knock off of chinese and or japanese culture.

No wonder when you look at kung fu, you see some taekwondo moves.

  • @chibraxial With due respect. I find all Chinese arts rather "sissy" in a crude way to put it.

Obviously you are impressed by the Hong Kong movies (Bruce Lee, Jet Li, Ip man etc).

In real fight situations "any" heavy weight boxer, heavy weight taekwondo blackbelt could literally own a Wu shu GRANDMASTER.

Kung fu focuses striking with palm, tapping etc. they certainly don't emphasize strength. Although the speed and "spiritualism" looks good in movies, but its just not practical sorry.

  • forget kung fu, more like kung fu-ck the other guy

  • that no hand spring back onto his feet was amazing

  • lol ew i think that kick near his balls made him poopie

  • @BlueprintHD yeah I think he did shit himself at 00:34

  • 00:34 did he crap his pants?

  • Neither could break an egg ..

  • Are they fighting on a basketball court... damn if you get knocked out and hit your head that could be it

  • well i cant (watch) the fight if its all spliced up

  • thye both look like they are fighting to kill... O.o

  • I think kung fu word is used just to describe martial arts. At least in this videos thats more TKD than anything. Belts?

    Good fighter anyways.

  • shafiq made that dude shit himself

  • Guy is imprressive but no power ....so overall, he is a wimp with good kicks...

  • IF HE GETS SOME MORE POWER IN THESE KICKS.... SOME HARD GROUND GAME.. HE COULD TAKE OVER THE LIGHT WEIGHT IN UFC.

  • this is absolute wank, these guys wouldnt last 30 secs in a real fight

  • @iwamaaiki well you're not the one with the black belt are you?

  • @AfroNinjaSpy ....A black belt in? pretty looking kicks, great for show but like i said in real life....

  • that is what we call a beatifull kicks keep going brow

  • @MrRonniePudding

The Only differnce is His head kicks have power and incredible speed.

  • this guy is awesome. so flashy lol. also the kicks look a lot like tkd kicks.

  • Someone pooped their pants!

  • Back up on he´s toes in no time ROFLMAO at 1:03 :D But no doubt The kicking action is on thx for the up ;)

  • definately looks like that guy soiled himself

  • damn man i swear ,i think this guy can beat the best kung fu fighter in china, liu hailong easy ! damn hes good !

  • why is the other guy wearing a white belt?? shouldnt it be black

  • bin ladens personal gym instructor

  • @MechPhantom not any longer ;)

  • @RobregoUK yea sadly not T_T miss laden lol

  • no lol the indian shat himself before he even fights ehsan.

  • its hard to beat someone so aggresive without killing him

  • @ BorisKnoT seagal is a fucking no body and has studies in akeido witch is more movement and dodging. he isnt shit but an old fat man read into it, wont take long.

  • @robbob91yahoo dont forget tai chi too which is more for health and dodging etc like aikido, after all both have the same roots

  • who cares about them when steven seagal is walking and breaking neck to whoever stands in his way

  • They are HARD!

  • 0:32 did he shit his pants?

  • Comment removed

  • mowaffaq bashe bache watan

  • all great bu both of them loose their balances to often, on the street If he doesn't land 2 first hits and looses balance it' over for him (but if he does land 2 first kicks he's sure to win;)

  • Ehsanullah Shafiq is not a Pakistani he is an Afghani

  • awesome kicking skills....AweSome!

  • Even to be able to do one of those kicks I'd be happy.

  • someones nutsack got wrecked there

  • Must watch? Guess what? I'm not watching it. Are you going to call the watch police on me?

  • good moves, ehsan is one my favorite to watch. but dont discredit MMA, UFC started as each art vs another art.. thru time developed into MMA because mastering all arts was much more effective and made for better fights.

  • this guys nothin special. ive seen better

  • 0:50 Did anyone notice Ehsan heel-kicked the dude right in the crotch. Hopefully his dick wasn't dangling upward; cause thats some mashed linguisa women wouldn't appreciate... looks like his washing machine ain't working either by the look of his pants, who enters a national championship with sandy stains. makes no sense. unless if the main prize was a washing machine. nvm.

  • 0:33 one of them looks like he shit himself

  • 29 people get kicked by Ehsan

  • where's his ninjiety?

  • @100089295

Think I hit a nerve. Outside of a streetfight MMA is the best testing ground for the fighting arts. No doubt he is skilled...but what do you do when you cant run, cant spin or use fireballs and all you have got is your chin and you courage to pull you through?

Put your safety on the line in order to know yourself. You know what im talking about.

  • WTF did that guy just shit himself?????

  • He should try having a real fight. Does anyone think he would last against JSP Anderson Silva. There is only one kick in his arsenal worth a wank the rest is TV karate bulshit.

  • @MrDogwood76 huh? MMA is not real fighting, there are rules just as there are rules in these arts. These two are far more skilled than either of your butt fucking roid monkey UFC fighters. I love how you call an art thousands of years old TV bullshit, yet Mixed Martial Arts by any definition IS TV bullshit... oh gosh... do you crap out your mouth too? everything else you say is ass backwards...

    PS. its GSP moron.

  • @100089295

MMA is the same martial arts, thousands of years old, but condensed to what is effective. The rules are as close to what you can allow without threatening someones life or seriously damaging someone. I am not gong to defend someone taking roids, but what has what hole they prefer to love got to do with fighting ?

At the end of the day it comes down to the person, and I am sure that Ehsan would do well in any sport he entered.

  • @100089295 i somehow agree with something of what are you saying but in MMA there are good fighters too, so maybe is not as spectacular as kung fu or efficient but is a great sport..you can find average fighters everywhere not just in MMA..is all bout training and capacity of the person.don't generalize.

  • great video!

  • he's an amazing fighter but it looks like he's trying to show off to much with all those flying kicks, if i were to fight him he would regret all those spinning kicks.

  • the indian threw him in the corner though

  • lol son scheiss

  • I think the Indian shat himself..

  • @karubottlefingers ure a really damn fucking idiot , same as those stupid bloody fol likers. FOR GODS SAKE PEOPLE ITS NOT INDIAN ITS arab or sumthin else

  • @karubottlefingers Indian who's the indian?

  • @karubottlefingers "he is fighting for the champion title with Pakistani National C hampion"

  • @DocUnsane Nice cut and paste, i can rad you know, they are pakistani indians!!!

  • Hence the quotes.

  • @karubottlefingers read the description dude, its PAKISTANI NATIONAL CHAMPION

  • @karubottlefingers

    Bitch, These fighters are Pakistanis

  • @karubottlefingers there r no indians in this video....only proud pakistanis

  • @karubottlefingers

    He is a Pakistani!

  • @starvinstev is he a muslim

  • @starvinstev he's afghan read the description

  • This is sooo fun to watch. It's like fights in movies. Totally unlike any other type of sport fighting. It's just so... dynamic! Like the movies but real!

  • he is realy goog

  • 1:04 - 1:07 tekken spring forward. haha

  • both of them are good

  • Too much movement. Opponent has almost no defense of putting his hand above shoulder to cover face. Kicks are poorly executed. I don't see any punches thrown. No move at all to catch the kicks nor to sweep the opponent. Lame.

  • @timurlang13 I think it's because these competitions are by points rather than impressing youtubers, even though he did a smashing job at that :3

  • His legs are more danger than Kalashnikovs !

  • both guys are great fighter !!

  • PAKKIII GETS FUCKEEED

  • @afghanplaya45 he might be a paki but he would put you in hospital :

  • In kung fu, you don't wear Gi's and you dont wear belt's. You wear traditional chinese kung fu uniforms and you wear a sash if you wear any "belt" at all. I've never seen Kung fu in Gi before. it's strange.

  • Comment removed

  • this is taekwando?

  • like baleto

  • very good god gifted

  • Great fighter, but too much spinning kicks.

  • @Flavioxeneize its his special move
