Why did Chicken step down to the 125 class?

@tonypybus He had spent the last few seasons racing in Japan, which was more than two seasons; though I'm not sure what the rule is for racing overseas to come back to America and race 125s again, all I know is that Chicken raced in Japan for about 2 or 3 seasons, which made him eligible for the 125cc class.
