@Kleman09 This was just a one time thing. There havent been any excursions on the I&O in a few years from what Ive heard. They ran three passenger trains yesterday with 1200 riders. I luckily remembered about it at the last minute and got to chase the last train to depart St. Paris.
@mbta1000 Its still lettered CEFX and yes its an ex SD45, im guessing it no longer has a 20 cylindar engine and replaced with a 16 cylindar, making it an sd40. I heard its being stored or leased by the Cincinnati Railway Company.
The horns don't sound the best.

@up6050 Most of them belong to that Cincinnati Railway Company. I think the CEFX engine is theirs too.
