No, it is not that stiff. It has actually just the right firmness, unless you have huge fingers.

You wont have to pay a fee if your contract isn't up. Well at least I didn't have to. You just need to renew your 2 year contract.

Yea I really want this phone but my 2 year contract hasnt ended yet so I might not be able to get this phone any time soon.
