Do you have different opinions about it now? I want to get a polyurethane shield for front, sides, and back (ok, maybe not the back, or side...).

Should I really get this product? I have a local ZAGG shop that will install the polyurethane for free, so I have no worries for installment.

I did not see the live show, so I don't know the situation in which he said it, but I do know that if you are mormon you have to do this missionary/door to door type thing because it is what is part of his religion.
