only in UTAH will you find a man as an Attorney General candidate who can't see partisan impropriety. Impropriety in the firing of a successful prosecution of a corrupt U.S. Congressman and was on the bloody trail of more U.S. Congressmen.
no way in hell would you be confirmed as Attorney General.. after this interview, not even a Congressman.

Senator Hatch is downplaying his possibilities of being named to be the Attorney General. But he has been on the short list for this position and for the Supreme Court for awhile now. Right or wrong, it is well known that his being a Senator would keep his confirmation hearing more civil than if he was an outside entity.
