When I first saw that, I thought that it looks very much like a Muslim muezzin, a tower in which those people sing at 4 am. I stayed in a Muslim neighbourhood in a Third World country before and hearing that singing at 4 am was other wordly. It was a nice experience.

It only lets me vote once, per computer. I think it tracks your computer address, or whatever it is called, lol. That way people can't cheat with programs that auto vote.
