Mike Davis came out of nowhere this year he's is playing good. I realize there may not be a chance for us to go far in the ncaa tourney this year but there will be eventully. all I care about this year is getting revenge back on Indiana......
the biggest mistake at this point would be to fire bruce weber, which, if they have a terrible season, i wouldn't count out the illinois AD doing. doing so would be screwing over a head coach and possibly losing richmond, head, and leonard.
All these gay UK fans on here saying how great Richmond is and how he should go to UK. When he fulfills his commitment and goes to Illinois, they will be saying, "Richmond sucks anyway." You have to love it! GO ILLINI!!!

Richmond to UK. He'd look good in blue. Besides, Illinois fans know more about engineering than they do hoops. At UK, you'd be treated like royalty, Jeremy. At Illinois, you'd be treated like a player on the 5th best program in the league.

No way that's happening. You'll have to go through Kentucky, UCLA and UNC for that to happen. Kentucky has Ross-Miller, Ferguson, and Euton coming in in 2010, plus Darius Miller and DeAndre Liggins will be experienced upperclassmen by then. Throw in Jon Hood, A.J. Stewart, Josh Harrelson and possibly Patterson or Derrick Favors, and Kentucky will be right there with Illinois and the rest. You guys will be solid, but wait a while before crowning yourself champs.
