Paula has NEVER claimed to be a great singer. Neither has Madonna. It's about sound and style. I was worried when I heard Paula would release new music, but they did an EXCELLENT job here. She looks good, she can still dance great and they selected a very catchy track. THIS is how you dust off and relaunch a singer/performer after 10 years... take note!
