@stavrosmike search early snowpeak with map glitch and watch mzxrules video. This uses a huge glitch discovered by zeldagamern01 called map glitch. This glitch combined with early master sword glitch means you can get Ball and Chain early.

@logitechSDAZ no no no I know of those glitches I was just under the impression that you needed to use the clawshot in Snowpeak Ruins to get the B+C.

@stavrosmike search tpfox segment 26. That's how you get B&C before clawshot. However, it turns out that after he did this, it was discovered that getting clawshot first is actually faster overall in a speedrun.

@Pop12646Okami I used to play the game the correct way and beat it a few times that way, but then got bored...especially with the somewhat tedious "Ilia's memory" fetch quest. Glad that can be skipped. This video wasn't meant for people who play the game normally anyway. It's for the speedrunning community.

I found a faster way. You don't have to kill those mini things. After you did early snowpeak, go into that room and empty the bombbag in the tunnel. Put the boots on and get the waterbomb chest inside the tunnel. Let a waterbomb fall, target the Toad with boomerang and throw it. Same result as bow and bomb and then kill him with B & C. :)

It has very subtle Deku attributes. Pause at 0:20 and you can probably see it.
