If the democrats choose to not continue funding the war Bush would do nothing to make the withdrawl cleaner and less harmful to Iraqis and our soldiers, he would go on with his typical war and let the pullout be as bloody as possible and then blame it on the democrats. In short it is like that criminal holding a gun to a hostage and saying "give me what I want or he gets it!" That criminal is Bush and that hostage is our troops and the Iraqi people.
