The child after a few of weeks develops a heart beat & always feels the pain of being killed.
As the metal instruments come close the the sack hes is in, it's heart beat increases, it moves away from the instrument & as it's heart is racing it's mouth opens like it is screaming. @princesszelda123 I never gave any statistics about why people get them and frankly that doesn't matter to me. This should be available to any woman who wants it. Women are going to get abortions whether it's against the law or moral codes of others, so it should be safe and sanitary. I don't take abortion lightly, I don't think women should use it as birth control since there are so many other of it, no one should pressure a woman one way or the other it's her decision and hers alone.

There is also a much much better way to avoid unwanted pregnancy: contraceptives. Condoms, birth control pills, diaphragms etc. That's what we should be teaching!

@Kruezoraxe by week 8 Doctors J.C Willke reported at this age the neuro-anatomic structures are present. What is needed is (1) a sensory nerve to feel the pain and send a message to (2) the thalamus, a part of the base of the brain, and (3) motor nerves that send a message to that area. These are present at 8 weeks. The pain impulse goes to the thalamus. It sends a signal down the motor nerves to pull away from the hurt. finding info online is that simple just like you did

There is no conscious perception of pain here. In order for conscious perception, you need an understanding of noxious stimuli as well as the subjective feeling of pain. And in order for those to be perceived, you need specific cortical pathways which are not developed until 28 weeks.

I'm pro-choice; what you have to remember is that you're seeing the imagery of a young child and that picture of innocence being murdered, not what it actually is, which is an unconscious embryo. I believe [just my opinion] that an embryo has no conscious thought - e.g. there is no "ensoulment" at this age. However, if they did have it, the father would have to pay child support. I have to say...in a way i was always pro abortion..its there life so let them get on with it kinda thing. This video is deceptive. They slow down the frame rate prior to the insertion of the mechanical devices and then increase the frame rate when the devices come into play to provide the illusion of sudden movement and stress.
Prior to 28 weeks the brain of a fetus cannot perceive pain. It's like saying an ant can perceive pain. The "thrashing about" is analogous to the movement a dead person can make. It's a reflex triggered by the spinal cord and not a conscious action.

What is needed is (1) a sensory nerve to feel the pain and send a message to (2) the thalamus, a part of the base of the brain, and (3) motor nerves that send a message to that area. These are present at 8 weeks. The pain impulse goes to the thalamus. It sends a signal down the motor nerves to pull away from the hurt. finding info online is that simple just like you did

There is no conscious perception of pain here. In order for conscious perception, you need an understanding of noxious stimuli as well as the subjective feeling of pain. And in order for those to be perceived, you need specific cortical pathways which are not developed until 28 weeks.
EEG studies have shown this as well.

I'm pro-choice; what you have to remember is that you're seeing the imagery of a young child and that picture of innocence being murdered, not what it actually is, which is an unconscious embryo. I believe [just my opinion] that an embryo has no conscious thought - e.g. there is no "ensoulment" at this age. I've had an abortion and when I had the "barbaric" procedure done as you claim an ultrasound is mandatory in order to accurately determine the embryo/fetus age. They give you the option of viewing it or remaining turned away. I choose to view it and I went through with the "barbaric" procedure because I knew I couldnt provide 100%

There is an old saying appropriate for this, "mess with the fire, your gonna get burnt." If you have sex, your probably gonna end up pregnant. Too many girls in my High school had over four abortions. Just imagine the people who are trying hard to have a child, but will never be able to. My children are ALIVE, healthy and happy. If they chose to have sex, they will know before hand that if they create a child, it is their responsibility to give it life. In that situation the baby would ruin their lives, and it wasnt their fault because they took precortions but they failed, does that mean the inocent couple deserve to be burdened with a child they dont want???
