Everything is great. Easing is great, reactions are great, its just... Start using a higher frame rate. What is this? 12? 15? Probably 12. Start using more along the lines of 17-24. Thats the range of most of the best flash animators, some go up to 30-40 though :P I always thought that was a little overkill[/rambling]
dude have some respect. YOU don't do pivots, so you don't know hard it is. I recently joined stickpage, and i know how hard it is to make 1. Just cause it isn't long, doesn't make it bad. Length is just bonus points. Idiot.
