With a character like her, it's easy to make them seem more bitchy than just a nearly all-knowing AI who has humanity's fate resting on her shoulders. So, wait.... If you activate the Index in Halo it destroys all the Flood's food. But in Halo 3 they activate Halo with the Index to destroy the ring itself, along with the flood... So why didn't they just do that in the first game? Lolz!
