you know, I was watching the making of Bullitt the other day, when they clobbered each car on those hills, the chargers suspension, engine, brakes, everything, never had to be replaced, while the mustang bullitt's suspension needed replacement for every scene. Pretty sick cars those old chargers.

I accidentally launched my '72 charger about 15" in the air once, I actually cleared about 25 feet in the AIR. When I came down I smashed the oil pan, but that was it. New oil pan and I was good to go. Thats what happens when you hit a major dip (and I mean huge) and were only able to slow down to about 85 from the 110 or so you were doing. I never would have tried to jump it on purpose, but it was a cool experience lol. Man I had a lot of fun with that car. I had the rare 400 big block in it.
