I think the civility of this statement gives be more of a sinking feeling than if he showed more anger.
Every other split seems to be in the heat of the moment then he goes away and clearer head prevail...but Noels statement seems calm and considered and he is STILL leaving.
I REALLY wanted a Noel solo record...but not this way.
I wanted him to do like Tom Yorke...a side project then back with the band...

i think that it wasn't just liam that was oasis' downfall- NG is pretty ambiguous in this statement i think-
"lack of support and understanding from my management and bandmates.."
Is this just long for "LIam's a cunt?"
Or- is/was there somet else goin on?
All I hope is that He'l come back, do a solo album, that nob liam may as well do one (an album) and a reunion in 2013, by which time i'l be 20! haha
