That was the problem of putting somebody na so called kagustuhan ng karamihan, she wasn't elected but selected thru public tensions not thru Constitutional restraint. I wasn't arguing about Marcos. While fiat currency ang gamit ng Pilipinas, then ang skyrocketing ng mga payments. Then there is no other agency than the central bank itself. Dahilan, they're the one manipulating, and controlling the market through quantitive easing, or fractional banking. UP economic professors should know this well, or is it?
