The fundamental flaw in the argument you make here is the leap from race to species. Animals of differing species cannot mate, therefore their offspring would not fit into an evolutionary map, people are all the same species and those of differing races can mate and so any human offspring is simply the next evolutionary stage. also bear in mind that your evolutionary map is also full of dead ends - just because at one point in history evolution ran in one direction does not mean it is right.

I could easily make comparisons between various sub-species of birds that don't interbreed, which I mentioned previously yet you failed to notice

The various races are not equal to one another in terms of their evoluntionary hierarchy.
Therefore the mixing of two different race's, one lower, and one higher, only creates mixed people who intermediate.
