  • @SuperPakemon I don't think so but I think young guys can reduce the amount used as the description is for adult.

  • You need sugars after your workout because your glycogen is depleted and it doesn't have to be sugar it can be any fast digesting carb because the fast digesting carb spikes your insulin so you body can repair the torn muscle tissue that was broken down during your workout.

  • Strong bro science with the sugar thing. Sure it does add calories, but your bodies sugar levels are not depleted after weight lifting ~ unless you're doing 2 and a half hours of non stop HIT, then your carbohydrate levels may be lower. You don't need sugars to make Adenoscene Triphospate, it prefers to use Carbohydrate and Phospocreatine.
