  • Yesterday i did 4 sets of jumping jacks 10 minute exercise and 4 sets of skii steps exercise and i also did 2 of the "Got bike?" exercise but i lost no weight over night.

  • @FPSIceraven it won't just happen over night, you'll have to continue doing the same routine for a period of time. then maybe you will see the results

  • @FPSIceraven Sounds like you do it a bit to much, he recommends doing this 3 times max a day, and about 3 times a week.

  • @FPSIceraven Yeah thats true, but it's very dangerous to do it to much, since your body won't have enough time to rest so I'd recommend that you ask a professional first.

  • @XXsuperbadchickyXX yes it will still be effective because when you rest you're giving your body a chance to do each set the right way and your sets will gradually get stronger and stronger, Does that even make sense? haha

  • @kushkupkakes I dont eat alot i think average maybe 1300-1700, a day and i also did the weight/jumping jack exercise, but i used a water jug. And i also did the one week of no sweets, sodas , high sodium foods. I lost 2 more pounds so yeah! lol

  • @mzzrandomnessful yes you can i lost 8 pounds in 10 days. I did this workout 30 minutes without resting twice a day. I recomend you to do it before breakfast because you burn more calories. Also try to eat less, eat more fruit, vegetables, and more water "no coke". I am pretty sure you can make it.

  • @therjmg well I live in an apartment so I cant really do it on the floor, so I do it on my bed...and its hard! but I am doing it. I also have done my 2mile walk and my daily workout and I have lost 8 lbs in a week :)

    Also, even though that might be so, it's an expression. Idiom. You know. It doesn't necessarily have to make sense, it's simply a part of language.

  • wow, I alternate between a jog/walk on my treadmill on 15% incline for 45 mins, and doing this I felt like puking after only 6 or 7 minutes... I had to start alternating between these and jumping jacks. Of course, I started this directly after doing his clean & press workout

    Yes! I have and im very pleased with the results. I have lost 9lbs so far and am aiming to lose 5 more.

    I have been doing this workout 4 times a week, with 15 mins of vigorous walking, along with a healthy balanced diet.

    Good luck, and I'm sure you will lose weight if you keep up with a plan you set for yourself :)

  • I was watching this and I immediately wanted to do this. I have been trying to lose weight forever now. I weigh 200lbs and in 8th grade. I mean i'm not popular, but I do have a whole bunch of friends. I started doing this excercise and I did it listening to music. If you listen to music while doing this excercise you don't even realize that ur doing it. Those 10 mins. went by fast. ^_^
