@kushkupkakes I dont eat alot i think average maybe 1300-1700, a day and i also did the weight/jumping jack exercise, but i used a water jug. And i also did the one week of no sweets, sodas , high sodium foods. I lost 2 more pounds so yeah! lol

@mzzrandomnessful yes you can i lost 8 pounds in 10 days. I did this workout 30 minutes without resting twice a day. I recomend you to do it before breakfast because you burn more calories. Also try to eat less, eat more fruit, vegetables, and more water "no coke". I am pretty sure you can make it.
@therjmg well I live in an apartment so I cant really do it on the floor, so I do it on my bed...and its hard! but I am doing it. I also have done my 2mile walk and my daily workout and I have lost 8 lbs in a week :)

I was watching this and I immediately wanted to do this. I have been trying to lose weight forever now. I weigh 200lbs and in 8th grade. I mean i'm not popular, but I do have a whole bunch of friends. I started doing this excercise and I did it listening to music. If you listen to music while doing this excercise you don't even realize that ur doing it. Those 10 mins. went by fast. ^_^

Ive been doing this everyday for 3 days now. Do this, but instead of rest do jumping jacks. This burns your legs like crazy but you feel great afterwards.

WOW!!!! I just finished doing this and I am almost wore out! Sweating, and breathing hard LOL. My calves are tight and I can tell they got a really good workout! I love this man! His videos are always helpful and pretty easy to do but MAN do they give you a great workout!!!! Im very greatful for you because you are very motivating and I have problems with motivation. I love how you talk during the vids to help keep me motivated!!!! Thanx

I was watching this and I immediately wanted to do this. I have been trying to lose weight forever now. I weigh 200lbs and in 8th grade. I mean i'm not popular, but I do have a whole bunch of friends. I started doing this excercise and I did it listening to music. If you listen to music while doing this excercise you don't even realize that ur doing it. Those 10 mins. went by fast. ^_^
