Nice stuff, I used to do parkour also, had to quit because had an injury and after that I started doing calisthenics. I can still do a frontflip on the floor and a few other stuff, but I guess I'll have to get back to it.. Thanks for the vid!
@tgrjr1996 u keep ur legs INSIDE your arms---------in other words ur arms are always on ur outsides with ur legs inside. -----just like the layout of a kong------ but if u wanna learn tuck planche to handstand make sure u have the strength

I always have trouble with the handstands like you did at :23. Do you keep your legs and knees inbetween your arms? Or outside them?
