very very inspiring, i have played hockey for as long as i can remember but have never really looked at the game like how your describing it, i did sucribe and watch ur tip videos. this is a great encouragement, i also read ur from toronto ontario, i live in london and im a grade 9 student. i will definately try out for my school team when the time comes keeping this in mind. i get to play at the jlc on friday and am very excited. i will keep your tips in mind, thanks, btw good insite bcristini!
Optimism comes naturally when you have a TRUE love for the game. As in all other areas in life, the game also brings with it all kinds of challenges that really test "Optimism" and the love for the game. Challenges like health/injuries, negative comments, healthy scratch, no PP or PK time, etc etc. I call these "Bricks". Most people decide to fail/quit when these bricks are being thrown at them by the truckloads...Others use them to build their "Foundation" or "House". Thats true Optimism :)
