Well, it is spelled PAPULATUS and the word CLOCK, and he currently resides in Eos Tower, just talk to the gurd when you walk in the tower, and if ur lvl is high enough, you are sent through these stages which represent destroyed time until you reach the final chamber, where you fight papulatus.
