  • I agree with timmyto411

    WOOT WOOT

  • GO MOCCA CUP!!! W00T W00T

  • I'll take a place in hell before I give someone my vote based on their gender or ethnicity. Talk about the height of arrogance. After I exit my voting place on election day, I'm going to put on my devil horn headband left over from Halloween in protest of her crass statement.

  • Palin is a bimbo can't even get her quotes right even after reading a coffee cup, no wonder shje can't read a damn newspaper.

I love it that Madeleine Albright has come out with the actual cup and said Palin got that wrong too!

  • except that albright didnt do that. you guys are great at throwing out quotes that are not substantiated. besides getting you muffs all out of place missing the point she made. again missing the real message as usual.

  • So is there a place in heaven for women who don't support the woman (see: Palin) who doesn't support other women? (See: Palin's record on abortion, rape, childcare, healthcare, etc, etc.)

  • Madeline Albright responded:

"... what I said had nothing to do with politics. This is yet another example of McCain and Palin distorting the truth, and all the more reason to remember that this campaign is not about gender, it is about which candidate has an agenda that will improve the lives of all Americans, including women. The truth is, if you care about the status of women in our society and in our troubled economy, the best choice by far is Obama-Biden."

  • Then maybe your Albright character should contact Starbucks. Distorting the truth like saying you never have been paid by Acorn, or never have anything to do with Bill Ayers, before he did have something to do with Bill Ayers, or was that after he paid Acorn a mil to get out the vote?... early and often!

  • starbucks didn't misquote Albright, palin misquoted the starbuck's quote (which was accurate) and took it way out of context. Try to argue with me when you can think logically and critically, but you haven't so far so don't bother replying.

  • mccain-palin 2008

OBAMA = ACORN (FRAUD), MUSLIM, SOCIALIST, ZERO EXPERIENCE, ENDORSE BY MAINSTREAM MEDIA (MSNBC), HOLLYWOOD, MUSLIMS.

IF he wins, Iran will bomb Israel because they know Obama won't do anything.

  • Wow - out of 8 arguments, 1 is partially factual (endorsed by MSNBC - I suppose you don't consider Fox mainstream media.)

There are still Republicans in this country with the self respect and dignity to focus on factual arguments and inherent policy differences, but they are becoming increasingly alienated by this kind of incorrect and irrelevent campaigning. Colin Powell (!) just endorsed Obama, largely based on the exact smear tactics you are quoting in your comment.

  • ooh sarah finally answered what news sources she reads! Starbuck's cups! that's just great.

that place in hell is for YOU palin.

  • ooh sarah finally answered the question as to what news sources she reads! Starbuck's cups! that's just great.

that place in hell is for YOU palin. making rape victims pay for the kits. SHAME on you.

  • How dare she misuse a quote from Albright about women "helping" raped women as a dig and an attempt for political gain.

As a female INDEPENDENT voter (and former Navy officer) living in the swing state of FLORIDA, the McCain/Palin ticket just lost my vote.

Palin has proven to be a shameful, disturbing and disgusting representative of women.

She has really crossed the line on her extremist implication that there is a place in hell for women who won't vote for her as VP.

    OBAMA/BIDEN '08

  • Take a chill pill she quoted a cup of coffee for Gods sake and the meaning is hardly off the original. How dare she.

  • Thank you, Aneecha, for your service in the Navy, but also your ability to analyze a situation and realize the fact that Palin is a disturbing egomaniacal individual who has sold out by twisting a brilliant woman's words as a cheap political trick in order to guilt trip people in to voting for her. Any true supporter of McCain (a decent and reputable person until recently) would renounce Palin and the McCain campaign's smear tactics as divisive, misleading, and simply bad for American politics.

  • As Colin Powell just did, endorsing Obama and denouncing the unconstitutional anti-Muslim intolerance inherent in the Muslim-smears against Obama.

"The right answer is, no, he is a Christian, he has been a Christian his whole life. But the righter answer is, so what if he is a Muslim? Is there something wrong with being a Muslim in America? No, that is not America."

My respect for Powell just rose immensely.

  • Sarah is adorable.
