Why is salma khan always insulting Kat. ?? a bit of a chance he gets and he would say things which have multiple meanings?? If he had helped her in her career in the beginning does she HAS to be his Gf for that? i mean watch Kofee wid Karan and listen to things Ranbeer and Imran said about Salman, that he is always encouraging and a frnd. why cant be a helping friend with a Girl????
