I thought dangerous road of this level you can only see in Third World countries.

@ZA56AA There are many forest service, bureau of land management, and other local roads like this one in the USA, and Canada. (not to mention Mexico) this is a pipeline road... the same idea. I make deliveries down roads like this on occasaion. These are not roads that carry much public traffic; although they are used by hunters, and off roaders. The main usage of these roads are utility, trucks, and government vehicles.
