haha in under an hour i make over 500k.the key is turn off your "autosave when rest" in half the time you make twice as much.and if you want to see how much you have you save your game and kill creeper.if he doesnt have a satisfactory ammount you load your game and keep going lol. :D

The Creeper in this game is Barbas the dog in Oblivion, Clavicus Vile's pet (One of the Daedric Shrines) . Barbas States the things he used to be then in his exact words- "For a while I was a scamp, making deals with Orcs." ( Also he says he was a red guard). Pretty funny little easter egg.
@Baito28 Make a redguard character, then choose the class 'archer'. THEN, use the birthsign 'the lover/warrior'. Your character will have +45 long blade; it's really easy to kill people like that. Also, theres a 10 point bonus if you choose the warrior birthsign. I usually choose the lover birthsign because it boosts your agility by 25 points. That makes you harder to hit:)

i like using the summon/soletrap cheat summoning those black armord guys and killing them for there wepons then selling all of there wepons to the creeper. i got 300,000 just by killing them looting them and selling there wepons.
easiest way to make money without cheating is go to sadrith mora, and do the intelligence potion thing, go to the guys upstairs from the mages guild, buy the ingredients that make an intel potion, make it, drink it, rince and repeat till ur a genius and the potions u make are godly, sell them for 2000 a piece. to creeper. Makes it easier if u make a lil mod to creeper modifying how much money he holds, saves all that pointless sleeping. And never kill creeper. he will be missed.
Go to the Mudcrab Merchant instead. He has 10000 gold instead of 5000, and you can sell at full price. Creeper has only 5000, so the Mudcrab Merchant is a lot better

little cheat for training skills. Get a spell with a skill drain effect. Then you will need some money for this. Make a drain (whatever skill) for 100 points on self for 3 seconds. Use it on yourself. Talk to a skill trainer that trains the skill you just drained. You can then train for 1 gold. After 3 seconds you skill will go back to how it was. plus one from training. so you can go from lvl 1 to lvl 100 with this cheat and only use 99 gold. Enjoy.

if youve got the game of the year edition, the woman in the armory of the great bazaar in mournhold has 10000 gold- i always go to her to sell weapons and armor, since they seem to be the most common and worthwhile loot.
yes it does but it would be a wast of time, just type additem gold_001 and the ammount you want into the console, of you can open up the editor and put a chest somewhere with anything you want in it, i would not recomend any though as it will ruin your game experience. making money is a big part of the gameplay.
actually the mudcrab merchant is east of vivec. Not all the way into azura's coast. he's on a little island. I recommend pressing A on evert mudcrab you find. if it doesnt talk to you, it's not him. you can also use a glitch to raise intelligence super high and make pots that are super quality to sell to him for like 5k each.
@infantryhawk this is true, cycleing items thro the scamp will get you more money than this cheat, i.e.~ sell the scamp an ebony bracer, get 5000, sleep sell the scamp an ebony spear for 10000 take back the bracer, you made 5000 now you have the bracer again to sell for an additional 5000, so your making more cycled money when your not trying to cheat the game
creeper has 5000 gold, the second riches merchant in the game, with a creature mercantile skill, meaning you will get FACE PRICE for everything you sell him. He is the only merchant in a town that can afford some really expensive items, like orcish cuirasses.- overall, it is just worth it.

this inst the best way my way is i summon dremora or gold saint and wen i kill it after he desapear i take all the stuff they have i am now so rich that i take some rooms in the game and i store all the things that i have in then like 12 ebony spears,9 dremora long sword and much other stuff i think this is the best way!
another method, also includes mudcrab merchant. get a summon dremora spell, or golden saint spell (you have to be high level for this too work). use the permenant summon method (summon XX for 1 sec, soul trap for 2 secs on target, aim DIRECTLY down, and cast) then kill them, loot the stuff, and sell to mudcrab merchant
another way is in the redoran vaults. you gotta go to some manor on the top floor and steal the key from someone. shes on the top floor in a room by herself. i can't remeber if she has the key or its in the dresser to the right of the door. then go to the vaults, thay key opens the bottom door, and the guy outside the other door has the second key. go in the vaults, wait for the ordinatiors to leave, then loot what you want, then see the mudcrab merchant
To me money is a bit not too important in morrowind because the best armors and weapons and so forth u can either make,find in a dungeon,or get as a quest reward.
At most the average person would only need around a few thousand drakes for enchantments and potions so..
On GotY for PC, just get your alchemy/intelligence to a certain point, and go to the fine Alchemist in Balmora. Buy 10 Kwama Cuttle and Alit Hide. Make Resist Poison potions, and sell them back. The vendor will have the components respawn every time you barter, so you can buy as much as you want, and you will net money on each transaction.
Just continue for a while until she runs out, then rest to have her respawn the money.
Another Hint is... Use Command Creature(or humanoid?!) on MudcrabMerchant and have it follow you a Mages Guild where you can have it on hand when you teleport there from anywhere.
But it's a long walk to Balmora from the Mzahnch Ruin!
just use a mark spell at merchant mudcrab and then alsives intervention and end up in some town. ( i forget name) now just kill the ordinator and use recall. sell your crap and have about 20,000 in a mere 2min. and bout 200+ million in about 3hrs. trust me once you get the hang of this you will be so rich. before you kill the ordinators talk to them while wearing one of their helmets because then you can legally kill them.
... or you can just exploit alchemy, boosting your intelligence to insane levels to create ridiculously powerful potions that are worth more than 5000, then rest for 24 hours and sell one (or more if they are worth less than 5000), then repeat as needed.
That way you do not need to kill any NPCs, because they don't respawn do they?

if youve got the game of the year edition, the woman in the armory of the great bazaar in mournhold has 10000 gold- i always go to her to sell weapons and armor, since they seem to be the most common and worthwhile loot.

on pc go to console (press the ~ key) and do exactly this
player-> additem gold_001 99999999999 (or instead of the 9's w/e # u want)

yes it does but it would be a wast of time, just type additem gold_001 and the ammount you want into the console, of you can open up the editor and put a chest somewhere with anything you want in it, i would not recomend any though as it will ruin your game experience. making money is a big part of the gameplay.

actually the mudcrab merchant is east of vivec. Not all the way into azura's coast. he's on a little island. I recommend pressing A on evert mudcrab you find. if it doesnt talk to you, it's not him. you can also use a glitch to raise intelligence super high and make pots that are super quality to sell to him for like 5k each.

@infantryhawk this is true, cycleing items thro the scamp will get you more money than this cheat, i.e.~ sell the scamp an ebony bracer, get 5000, sleep sell the scamp an ebony spear for 10000 take back the bracer, you made 5000 now you have the bracer again to sell for an additional 5000, so your making more cycled money when your not trying to cheat the game

creeper has 5000 gold, the second riches merchant in the game, with a creature mercantile skill, meaning you will get FACE PRICE for everything you sell him. He is the only merchant in a town that can afford some really expensive items, like orcish cuirasses.- overall, it is just worth it.

this inst the best way my way is i summon dremora or gold saint and wen i kill it after he desapear i take all the stuff they have i am now so rich that i take some rooms in the game and i store all the things that i have in then like 12 ebony spears,9 dremora long sword and much other stuff i think this is the best way!

another method, also includes mudcrab merchant. get a summon dremora spell, or golden saint spell (you have to be high level for this too work). use the permenant summon method (summon XX for 1 sec, soul trap for 2 secs on target, aim DIRECTLY down, and cast) then kill them, loot the stuff, and sell to mudcrab merchant

another way is in the redoran vaults. you gotta go to some manor on the top floor and steal the key from someone. shes on the top floor in a room by herself. i can't remeber if she has the key or its in the dresser to the right of the door. then go to the vaults, thay key opens the bottom door, and the guy outside the other door has the second key. go in the vaults, wait for the ordinatiors to leave, then loot what you want, then see the mudcrab merchant

To me money is a bit not too important in morrowind because the best armors and weapons and so forth u can either make,find in a dungeon,or get as a quest reward.
At most the average person would only need around a few thousand drakes for enchantments and potions so..

On GotY for PC, just get your alchemy/intelligence to a certain point, and go to the fine Alchemist in Balmora. Buy 10 Kwama Cuttle and Alit Hide. Make Resist Poison potions, and sell them back. The vendor will have the components respawn every time you barter, so you can buy as much as you want, and you will net money on each transaction.
Just continue for a while until she runs out, then rest to have her respawn the money.

Another Hint is... Use Command Creature(or humanoid?!) on MudcrabMerchant and have it follow you a Mages Guild where you can have it on hand when you teleport there from anywhere.
But it's a long walk to Balmora from the Mzahnch Ruin!

there is a better way to do that.
just use a mark spell at merchant mudcrab and then alsives intervention and end up in some town. ( i forget name) now just kill the ordinator and use recall. sell your crap and have about 20,000 in a mere 2min. and bout 200+ million in about 3hrs. trust me once you get the hang of this you will be so rich. before you kill the ordinators talk to them while wearing one of their helmets because then you can legally kill them.

... or you can just exploit alchemy, boosting your intelligence to insane levels to create ridiculously powerful potions that are worth more than 5000, then rest for 24 hours and sell one (or more if they are worth less than 5000), then repeat as needed.
That way you do not need to kill any NPCs, because they don't respawn do they?
And it's also fun to have 300000+ intelligence.
