The VS MAX is only terrifying in the fact it can jump over walls or stand on top of door frames to surprise attack enemies coming through.
TR MAX is the ones I fear when they are on defense. Put one Vehicle and one Infantry TR MAX together in a narrow hallway with someone behind them to heal and you have one hell of a wall of death.
@BVargas78 Yes, they are outdoors, but you shouldn't use them outdoors. They are strangely so not fitting for TR when you think about it. It is their only Empire exclusive that truly require strategic thought in use. They work best for defense and for holding the front lines for an assault team while the team is respawning/regrouping.
VS is the absolute best in mobility and thats why I personally prefer them in most situations. But when used right, TR MAX is nigh unstoppable

yes i used to play this years ago it was so amazing even b4 they introduced the mecha, (forgot there names) i payed 4 it awile back myself maby a year ago and even then the ammout of ppl compard to what tey used to be was bad, there weren't enough ppl to popualtion cap 1 planet never mind what it used to be b4, 4 planets in full combat. It's realy sad to see, no other game came near this in style.
the mechs are called BFR's. i came back for a while after core combat came out. but when i tried to upgrade to a newer computer it came with Vista and never was able to get Planetside running on it.

ok first of all i love the vs and all but omg u dont even bail out of a gal right and then u use the tail gun to show where u are, not best tactics ive seen by far, ur better off just sticking with ur solo stuff since thats all ur doing which is atleast good
You can become a reservist and play the game for free until march, but you can only get Battle rank 6, which is enough for a ton of things you can try out since you can switch around your certs every 6 hours (and as much as you want for the first week)

A month or a little more ago I bought the game to see.
What I saw was very sad - Servers were closed down... Only 1 US server left.. and they haven't even transfered my char to that server :(
