the band name supposedly came to Blake in a dream. he was being chased by a sports almanac and he flipped through it and came across an Australian-rules football player from the 19th century named Rilo Kiley. it was something that was temporary and it just stuck, so they kept it. go Australia : D

I played a variety show at my highschool a year ago, a group of kids asked me if I wanted to play drums with them.

Anyways, we covered this song. Pretty cool, I never heard of Rilo Kiley before then. We practiced once before the show, and it turned out alright.
