I respect your drive to continue going through with this project. However, you won't get anywhere if you're trying to please everyone. Why don't you just make the movie that YOU want to make and not worry so much about what everyone else says you should make? Large studios only focus films toward certain audiences when they want the most money out of a project, which is practically all the time these days. It just seems like it would be less stressful if your audience didn't matter so much.

Nice love the concept and discussion. I really think I am some one who is the perfect target for this movie. It will blow True Blood and Twilight out of the water if the characters are as good as this makes them out to me. PLus the horror aspects sound like they will rock. It will be interesting to see any anthropological dynamics that come from the conversation about the characters and the pack. Good Luck! I'd pay the 15 bucks to see this in theatres!

After seeing the 2005 teaser again, the word "furry" happens to be in it. Maybe the 1st thing that popped in their minds was the fur-suiters they see in conventions. Now if you used "hairy," I bet you would've had a different outcome.

Anthony, just make your damn movie :} People will call it a furry movie even if it wins 40 Oscars. Don't cater to the fans. Make the movie YOU want to make. Otherwise, you'll get nothing but a fetish-fest from transformation fans. Make a good STORY, with good CHARACTERS.

That's what counts most.

For the last 2 and half years, after red victoria I've been dealing with taking care of silver after she was diagnosed with stage IIIb breast cancer.... far too many people I just havent been able to keep up with. However.. silver beat it, and after next month, she will be going in for her LAST reconstruction surgery.. :) So I do apologize for not keeping in touch with everyone like I should have. Was still trying to push freeborn.

@CreatureGirlInc LOL yes that was about thirty pounds ago. it's up in the air, dependant on if I can get the weight off.. BUT, i'll be looking for potential jacks anyway. Public casting begins April 1st, if the funds are enough. AB

I definitely recommend you go with both just to cover your bases. If another Jack does pop up you can still look savvy by the time interviews roll around when the movie comes out and if you can't find another Jack then you're at least on your way to refilling that role yourself without the extra rolls. Hehe.

@figarou Well, it is about the actual screenplay. There's nothing in this that doesn't show what is actually in the film. A character driven drama, where werewolves arent the token bad guys.
