I hope you understand that Blackwater operatives are former Army Special Forces, Navy Seals with combat experience. Many of them are decorated veterans from the first Gulf War and the conflicts in Kosova and the Balkans. What is so wrong with having these elite soldiers doing what they do best for the amount of money they deserve?

They will handle the rounding up of "non-complying" citizens for detention in the over 600 "re-location" camps around the US. These are the administration's black-shirt private army. Although private military firms have been used to avoid political responsibility in international situations where America was not allowed to intervene (see MPRI's activities in Croatia and Bosnia), I don't think they'd actually be hired to do the CIA's job, at least not in the US (however, there seem to be conspicuous flight pattern similarities between Blackwater aircraft and CIA "forceful reddition" planes).
