I will admitt this story looks fabricated, but it's not forcing anyone to worship God. It's meant to tell people that faith is powerful and to stick by your beliefs. Yes it's also saying that more people should believe in God and be good christians, but you don't have to get upset about that or feel like your being presured; you can choose to disregard the video. OK, I watched your video. Will you provide more information, something that can be referenced? I just don't think in this particular society, the way atheists are attacked for simply stating their views, that anything like this would even happen. i completely disagree with your post. god has done wonders for me through out my life. i wasnt raisexd to believe in god. i have went to various churches and never found one that i liked and felt part of the family. until i moved to lemmon........ then i found New Hope.... 1. Freshmen usually don't have professors their first semester of college. Usually have instructors while taking basic classes. He could have had credits, but usually this applies for the first four semesters anyhow.
2. I seriously doubt that the Christians in the room wouldn't stand up for twenty years. If they didn't stand up, it shows they are cowardly.
3. 300 people would stay in the room to listen to one guy talk about God when the professor talked on it all semester

Here's something interesting the writer of this story forgot to mention: Male professors wear shirts that are tucked in. Ergo, no chalk slipping down his shirt. This whole story just sounds made up. I really don't see 300 people whom would chose not to stand up in a classroom sticking around to listen to somebody speak about their faith especially on the last day of class!! No, i will not pass this on. It is yet another way for passive aggressive Christians to force their opinions onto others. Christianity, god, jesus do not need to be talked about in schools. Schools are for learning about math, reading, writing, the scholastics. there are churches for God. I saw this about 2 years ago, I sent it to a few of my christian friends but never thought about it again. Until yesterday. My friend was talking to me about how he's scared that he'll lose his faith when he goes to college. I had to find this video and send it to him. I really hope it will help him with his fears. I believe in God and I go to church every Sunday, but I still have doubts sometimes. But one thing that keeps me believing 100% is the world. Its too perfect for there not to be some kind of Deity. I will admitt this story looks fabricated, but it's not forcing anyone to worship God. It's meant to tell people that faith is powerful and to stick by your beliefs. Yes it's also saying that more people should believe in God and be good christians, but you don't have to get upset about that or feel like your being presured; you can choose to disregard the video. Alright several things:
1. Freshmen usually don't have professors their first semester of college. Usually have instructors while taking basic classes. He could have had credits, but usually this applies for the first four semesters anyhow.
2. I seriously doubt that the Christians in the room wouldn't stand up for twenty years. If they didn't stand up, it shows they are cowardly.
3. 300 people would stay in the room to listen to one guy talk about God when the professor talked on it all semester

Here's something interesting the writer of this story forgot to mention: Male professors wear shirts that are tucked in. Ergo, no chalk slipping down his shirt. God is alive,whether or not the chalk fell and broke. Im glad it didnt in that case, cause the Gospel of Jesus Christ was shared as a result.it took the boy 3 months of prayer till a break through.

Religion is like a D**k. Please don't whip it out in public and please don't shove it down someone's throat. It's just nasty! There is also this part of the bible that tell people to keep their prayers to themselves. If God truly did say that, then his most likely motive was to make sure that proud idiots like you don't ruin the face or appearance of his religion and discourage people from joining. Your just pushing people further away! Besides this story isn't true! look it up!

Take it for proof of your god if you will but that chalk was effected by gravity and the laws of motion only. If god wants to impress me he should reach down and make the chalk hover or bounce back to my hand with perfect elasticity or better. And just for the record when I die if there is a hell and a god that created the place because his ego is so delicate that he just can't take people not believing in him I will go there happily. That god is not even worth of my spit let alone my worship.

I saw this about 2 years ago, I sent it to a few of my christian friends but never thought about it again. Until yesterday. My friend was talking to me about how he's scared that he'll lose his faith when he goes to college. I had to find this video and send it to him. I really hope it will help him with his fears. This story is so amazing.

@ConclusiveRhetoric God doesn't need to proove that he exists to an athiest.God stopped the chalk from breaking because the man had faith, he stood when no one else did.A lot of people don't believe in God or miracles, but I've never tried to shove my faithon anyone. I live the way I believe God wants me to, and I preach with my actions, and my life. Too many people use the name of God to justify their evil ways(hate crimes) A Christian's duty is to love others and live according to God's word.

The truth is you will find all shades of gray in most any group.
I have met all kinds of "Christians", those who apply the teachings of Christ to their lives and teach by EXAMPLE,

There are shades of gray in all groups. There are people who claim to be Christian but don't lead by example. There are Atheists who pray to God anyways. My very good friend was one. Now he's Christian, as am I.
Whether the story is true or not is irrelevant. The point is that as a Christian you should never be afraid to stand up and speak the truth.

I believe in God and I go to church every Sunday, but I still have doubts sometimes. But one thing that keeps me believing 100% is the world. Its too perfect for there not to be some kind of Deity. Even the human body and how it perfectly works together and how we were put on the Earth and it is such a perfect climate for us to live.

this sounds just like a bible story. I've been going to church every sunday for the past 4 months and each time i go, i realize how much more false it is. I've asked "god" with all my heart to show me some kind of sign, and if he did I would dedicate my life to him, a sign that i could understand and know for sure it was him. yeah, not gonna happen. you guys have fun with your little confidence boosting imaginary friend, ill be over here in the real world.
