Great videos. Always enjoy viewing them. We spent a week at Wyndham a year ago an absolutely loved that area. Thinking of going back this year....I have a question though, when is the peak time for the aspen fall colors? Once again, thanks for the videos!

@HawkinII Thanks for the compliment. We really enjoy living in Pagosa Springs. The peak fall colors season varies each year. This year I visited Lake City on Sept. 27 and they were past prime and Pagosa hadn't changed at all. The Upper Piedra area of Pagosa peaked around October 10-13 this year. @westdavies I used to live in Pagosa a couple years ago. Now all I think about is Pagosa and Colorado. You might know my dad Alan, he worked over at Jann Pitcher Realty. If I could choose between Cool Colorado or Torture Texas I would pick Cool Colorado any time. I'll tell my dad hi for you in case you know him.
