There is a guy in my town that did this to his wife TODAY.. He didn't burn everything but he had a major yard sale. Ironic he let her take a BMW and the rest she didn't get. I had to work this morning and didn't get to go. I heard he was GIVING expensive stuff away. He put it in the paper (the yard sale) to humiliate her ass. I would love to know the story there. Angela Bassett is a PHENOMENAL ACTRESS. The politics of the Academy Awards prevented Angela from winning an Oscar for this role - and her role as Tina Turner in "What Love's Got To Do With It". Any woman who has ever been the victim of cheating can wholeheartedly relate to this scene. The emotion and integrity in which Angela played this scene was BRILLIANT!! Angela Bassett doesn't need an Oscar to validate her legitimate status as a great actress. This scene was Oscar worthy. AMAZING!!
