It's harder to do it on the Lite, too. You just have to push very, very slightly just before it clicks into position, and hope it works.

it's not that great of a trick, because since the ds has that jack, it would be stupid to think that it can't be done. you can do that with anything, not just a ds.

Interesting trick, the only real problem I have with it is if you wanted to listen to your MP3 music, why not just do so on the MP3 player?

There is no such thing as a universal "British" accent, it's just a terrible stereotype.

A part of me dies every time someone on Youtube trys to imitate any British accent, because there all too complicated to imatate correctly. You either have the accent or don't.

If you are trying to imatate any British accent though, you need to pick a specific accent and not generalise them.

One major thing that'll make it sound so much more real is to study the pronunciation of certain letters and words; rather than just pitch and tone of voice like you did.

ATTENTION ALL DS LITE OWNERS:

Yesterday I was given access to a lite with my equipment. It does work...barely. The lite uses a different configuration for it's audio jack that allows less electronic impulses from the jack to the speakers. If you have really good hearing, it is just barely audible if you put your ear right against the speaker. Other than that, get a regular DS if you want to use this trick.

They might have fixed it for the lite, but remember the adapter has to be just barely touching the contacts. I suggest pushing it in until you feel resistance and pushing very slightly on it then.
