Yes but the thing about taking medication which causes a bad reaction when taking the drug one is addicted, just gives people more of a reason not to take the medication and you cannot force it down there throat. It's like saying, oh knives are very good at stopping addiction, you just tell the patient to stab themselves whenever they use, just like you're giving them a drug that they must take to cause an unpleasant drug experience.
