@MrDark1000 Sorry. i don't have this phone anymore and i'm pretty rusty in terms of firmware-modding :(

however.. look around at TopsonyDOTcom in the forum.

if you use firefox, it's a good idea to install an add-on named "Adblock Plus" as the topsony forum is (unfortunately) full of ads and annoying popups

it's not that common here (= expensive), and i already had that K610 here as my 2nd phone...

oh.. and the W660 is best described with one word: UGLY!

flashing the firmware (something like an operating system) of a different phone on yours.

in this case, i flashed the W660 (walkman + 3G phone) firmware onto a K610 (3G Phone), which is based on the same hardware (to 95% .. the Radio is missing in the K610)

how do u play the walkman without opening java application ?

i used a patch for the display and keypad lights. if you set the brightness low enough you don't need to run a java app :)

i uploaded all patches i found for my firmware (R8BB001)

there's also the firmware i used (main and FS), but i don't know if you can use it (depends on where you live because of the languages the phone "speaks" after flashing)

i used "EUROPE_5"

languages included: English, French, German, Italian
