If you have a laptop, it's harder. You insert it from the character map.

On a normal big keyboard, make sure num-lock is on, then on the right side there are arrows with numbers...

hold the 'alt' key down and type on the number arrowpad -" 0191 and you should get ¿

type 0161 and you'll get ¡

Sure it's pronounced. But it creates a diphthong with the 'a'... it should sound like 'treintay dos'
