@prettylittlepistol haha nothing actually! i did start eating all whole and mostly organic foods though which has for some reason made my entire body WAY stronger and it's much easier for me to build muscle now.. i assume that extends to my diaphragm as well. it also could be that i literally spend ALL my time singing and working on my voice.. just ask my friends, they will tell you how annoying i am. i sing everywhere i go. hahaha
