I will admit, I'm not a fan of Baraka's, but after hearing this, I think I may need to revisit his work. That was amazing beyond all belief and comprehension.
Its hard to conceive that I went to college with this mans son who is also an outstanding poet as well. But had I been exposed to Barakas work then I'd have had a greater appreciation for that relationship because I feel like I've done myself a dis service not to meet him myself in person. Today I find myself a genuine fan with a great deal of respect for his work. I greatly admire this mans linguistic talents.
